I see that Mac's Cafe, in the basement of the Statler Hotel at Cornell, has brought back their twisted-crust pizzas. IMHO these have the best-tasting chewiest crust in town, and so the pizzas are among the best that Ithaca has to offer. In case you haven't heard of this place (it's a hidden gem!), I recommend adding it to your list.

It's a blog and podcast about local eating, including every restaurant in town from A-Z, plus interviews with the chefs, the farmers, the businesses, and anyone who make eating in Ithaca and the Finger Lakes so great!
