In this episode, we'll talk with Michael Ludgate about the 35-year-history of Ludgate Farms and find out why his eclectic market on Hanshaw Road has such a special place in the hearts of Ithaca foodies.

Also, our visits to every restaurant in Ithaca from A-Z continues with reviews of the waterfront's Boatyard Grill and the Austrian cafe known as Brötchen.

Don't forget to check out all the photos for this episode at our Flickr page, and send us your feedback and reviews! We look forward to hearing from you.

It would be a good idea to label each Flickr photo with the restaurant name (in addition to the description you have), I think.

Re: the Flickr photos, we've put the name of the restaurant, plus the name of the episode and other information, in the "tags" for each image. Those tags, as well as our photo captions and any comments, are only visible if you click on an image and change the view. We do it this way because putting that much information in the tags is the best way to ensure accuracy when searching for a Flickr photo.

Ah, OK. I was doing the "slideshow" view, where tag information isn't currently shown. I wonder if there is a way to change a preference to show that information.

(Thanks for the reviews!)

sorry to be a pretentious geography geek, but vienna is in austria, not hungary, as you alluded to while talking about bratchen. i blame your "adult beverage."

I love your show, but I want to point out that your pronunciation of Brötchen is incorrect. The "ch" is pronunced like the English "ch", not as a hard "k" sound as you are doing. Here is a link to the proper pronunciation:
