We've finished our first letter of the alphabet as we continue eating our way through every restaurant in Ithaca from A-Z. In this episode, we'll discuss two locations of Arby's, the spicy world of options at Asia Cuisine, and catch up on the one restaurant we missed at the start. We've also got some news about new restaurants on the scene.

Don't forget to follow along with the master list (see the link on the right sidebar of the blog) and if you find something we're missing, send us an email, leave a comment, or give us a call (206-312-4746) and let us know. Share your candid thoughts about the restaurants we're reviewing and feedback on the show. We look forward to hearing from you!

I think you'll find that Abbey's Real Texas BBQ does use wood to smoke their meat. That's the only way to get that great flavor (and the distinctive "smoke ring" penetrating into the meat)! Correct me if I'm misremembering, but I believe I've seen wood next to their smoker.

(As a general rule, for a backyard smoker, one soaks chunks of barbecue-worthy wood such as hickory in water, and then puts that on hot coals to produce smoke most efficiently. So perhaps Abbey's smoker works similarly.)
